重慶信合塑膠有限公司，位于中國第四大直轄市的國家級經濟開發區，是一家專業從事聚氨酯、塑膠等高分子產品研究、開發、制造、銷售的高新技術企業。
重慶信合塑膠有限公司生產聚氨酯彈性體、聚氨酯包膠、TPU薄膜、聚氨酯密封膠、聚氨酯防水防腐材料等高性能高科技產品，被廣泛應用于汽車工業、交通、建筑、橋梁、鐵路、高速公路、機場、礦山機械、電梯、玻璃等相關領域。在各級領導關心下，依托公司先后建設了“交通工程技術研究中心”和“新材料研究中心”兩大研究中心，擁有一支由專家、博士、碩士、高工等組成的研發團隊，并聘請國內著名橋梁專家作為公司的首席橋梁顧問。同時，公司與武漢理工大學、吉林大學、中山大學、華南理工大學、中國汽車工程研究院、重慶交通科研設計院等多家科研院校建立了技術合作關系，擁有雄厚的研發技術實力。 公司通過了GB/T19001-2008/ISO9001：2008質量認證體系。2010年公司參與了中國交通企業管理協會行業技術文件〈模數式伸縮裝置通用技術條件〉的起草工作，該文件已于2011年1月26日由中國交通企業管理協會正式發布（中交企字[2011]2號）。
公司自主研發的聚氨酯橋梁伸縮縫壓縮控制彈簧、聚氨酯橋梁伸縮縫剪切彈簧、聚氨酯橋梁伸縮縫承壓支承、壓緊支承、梁端緩沖器等產品已經廣泛應用于國內各大橋梁工程建設中，打破了國外同類產品壟斷中國的格局，并以優異的性能、穩定的質量、合理的價格而深受廣大業主及專家好評。公司還研發生產聚氨酯軌道交通產品如高鐵減震墊片、城市軌道復合彈簧等產品。截止目前累計申請及授權專利30余項，具有強勁的創新能力。公司也是重慶地區汽車工業領域多種塑料橡膠化工原料產品供應商。是世界500強企業德國拜耳公司橋梁隧道防水防腐材料——拜鐵膜中國總代理。
公司是西南地區第一家聚醚醚酮（PEEK）噴涂廠家，也是重慶地區首家特氟龍（鐵氟龍）噴涂廠家，可為各廠家提供ETFE、PFA、PTFE、Halar等新材料噴涂。

Chongqing CINWO Plastics Co., LTD produces high performance and high-tech products like polyurethane elastomer, thermoplastic polyurethane film, polyurethane sealant and polyurethane waterproof anti-corrosion materials which are widely applied to automobile industry, transportation, building, bridge, railway, highway, airport, mining machinery, elevator and glass. “Chongqing 863 Traffic Engineering Technology Research Center” and “Chongqing 973 New Material Research Center” have been built in the group of leaders at all levels of care.
